Multimeter DT-182
The DT-182 digital multimeter is a compact version of the tester designed for measuring voltage, resistance, and amperage. In addition to the basic functions, it can help in testing diodes and transistors, in ringing connections and testing batteries.
The device is powered by a mini twelve-volt battery type 23 A. To change it, unscrew and remove the back panel of the tester. If its charge is coming to an end, then a special battery icon will appear on the display, which will tell you about it.
The DT-182 multimeter measures various values in the following ranges:
- 200mV...500V – constant voltage;
- 200V ― 500V – alternating voltage;
- 200ohm... 2000KOm – resistance;
- 200mkA...200mA – direct current;
- 1.5V-9V – battery test.
The measurement accuracy is:
- ±(1.5%+10) – alternating voltage;
- ±(0.8%+1) – constant voltage;
- ±(1%+3) – resistance;
- ±(1%+2) – direct current.
Features:
- it is intended for work on measuring voltage, resistance, amperage;
- it has compact dimensions;
- powered by a mini finger twelve volt battery type 23 a.
The ringing of the connections is accompanied by an audible indication (a signal sounds if the resistance is less than 50 ohms), which greatly simplifies this type of work, since you do not need to look at the device screen all the time. To protect against overload, a 200mA/250V fuse is used in the tester. When measuring DC, the voltage drops by 200 MV. The input resistance is 1 ohm when measuring DC voltage, and 450K – AC.
The tester is equipped with an LCD display, with 3 ½ digits (the maximum number on the screen is 1999). With the help of a manual switch in the center of the front part of the multimeter housing, you can set the range necessary for your measurements, as well as turn off the device.
The package includes a user manual and probes.
