Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 30 days accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". after the buyer receives the goods. To do this, write to us at support@ineed.ua or call any of our numbers, inform us of your decision, after which you will be given data for sending the goods back, after sending, provide the Novaya Poshta invoice number. We will issue a refund or exchange of goods within 3 business days from the date of receipt of your parcel.

Return conditions for goods
